Poppy

Poppy has made it clear that she isn't going anywhere. She likes it at her foster home in southern California and doesn't plan to leave. Poppy has gone from being one of the saddest dogs we've seen, to one of the happiest. She is determined to make up for lost time and to have a wonderful life.
