Prince rescued on 07-21-2023

Prince is a very sad story: he was adopted by a young man after his owner threatened to put him down. The former owner did not tell him that Prince suffered from extreme seperation anxiety, and after only a week, broke an upstairs window and jumped... He broke his femur in 3 places and injured one eye. Prince has been transferred to us and went straight to a specialty clinic - they are supposed to operate on his leg today. Obviously, he will not be ready for adoption for several months. Fortunately, a very kind person has offered to foster and take him through his rehab.

Unfortunately, Prince did not survive the surgery.
