Phoebe rescued on 09-18-2021

Phoebe was an owner turn in to a shelter - her former family said they didn't have "enough time" for her. We are told that she was raised with other dogs and children. We are just getting to know Phoebe, but so far she is very sweet though a little timid.

Phoebe hit the jackpot and has moved north - way north! Phoebe is now a Canadian girl and lives with a family that adopted their first rescue from us 20 years ago!
