Charlotte rescued on 08-07-2021

Charlotte is one of the 15 TMs rescued from the TX animal cruelty case. Charlotte, a 9 month old puppy that cannot stop giving kisses.  She's amazing with people of all ages and likes small dogs but would do best as an only dog or with submissive dogs only.  She'd do great with a family who wants to bring her places (not dog parks).

Charlotte is a foster failure and will be staying in TN!!!!!
