Like so many of the dogs and rescue, James was seized for animal, cruelty and neglect. James is a four or five year-old male, who refuses to be photogenic, but is actually extremely handsome and extremely large. And yes, before people start complaining, given the condition he was in, the extreme matting and filth, he had to be shaved down. Trust us, he feels much better, and when his new coat comes in, it will be spectacular. So far, James is a sweetheart, extremely friendly with people and good with other dogs. We have not yet cat tested him.
