Gene is a striking,  dignified boy! He, too, was most likely hit, since he used to startle if we had a broom,  a poop scoop or anything in our hands. He's slowly warmed up and accepts petting.  He's a quiet boy who gets along with both males and females. He loves raw bones the best, but will gladly eat any kind of treat!
